Part-Time Creative Producer/Project Manager

Location: Flexible (mostly remote + occasional on-site at our Pottstown office)

Hours: 15-20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into full-time

Pay: $25–$30/hour starting pay (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

- Own the client journey: Keep clients informed, happy, and in the loop from kickoff to final delivery.

- Manage timelines & logistics: Build and update project calendars, track deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Prep & support shoots: Coordinate shoot dates, call sheets, location details, and freelance crew hire.
- Run feedback rounds: Collect client notes, communicate clearly to our editor(s), and keep revisions moving efficiently.
- Organize assets: Make sure footage, graphics, and final deliverables are neatly labeled and easy to find.
- Spot creative opportunities: Offer ideas to improve storytelling or client impact across all stages of production. 

Who You Are 

- You’ve managed creative or marketing projects before — agency, freelance, or in-house.
- You’re ultra organized. You love a good Asana board, Notion doc, or color-coded calendar.
- You’re comfortable talking to clients, keeping them updated, and nudging them for approvals or missing info.
- You thrive in a small team environment and are comfortable wearing a few hats.
- Bonus if you have familiarity with video production or have been on set.

- Bonus if you have familiarity with post-production software and editing processes.
